The waste heat recovery device is capable of collecting a large amount of heat by sucking up and burning the exhaust gases generated during cupola operation, which contain a significant amount of CO gas derived from coke. The air blown into the cupola is preheated to 500°C to 600°C by a heat exchanger. By passing through the heat exchanger, excellent effects such as improved melting efficiency and reduced coke ratio can be achieved. 【Features】 - The recovered heat can be utilized not only for preheating the combustion air of the cupola but also for heating and hot water. - It has been found that high-temperature air is also effective when using high-pressure coke. - The heat generated during the melting process is recycled and reused for melting. - Steam, hot water, and electricity can be effectively utilized without waste. - The heat generation device can raise the temperature to 600°C, enabling a 15% reduction in coke ratio. - The integration of the heat exchanger and exhaust gas cooler has achieved space-saving in the equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
